Becca and Paul got engaged at the Denver Performing Arts center in a surprise move by Paul. We recently went back to the scene for some photos of them together before their wedding next summer. It's so great to have the chance to work with our couples like this before their weddings! We had a great time and I just let their chemistry do much of the work- you can't fake the real thing!

Ever wonder just why you don't see some of the following at weddings?
Jedi, Jawas, spiders on cakes, everyone in costume, R2D2, a treasure hunt, cutting the cheese.... cake, Princess Amedala from Star Wars....
It's because Jurky and the Chad hadn't gotten married yet, of course. Congrats you two on a beautiful wedding that you made your own to the fullest.

A few months ago, I was honored to do Maternity Portraits of Mindy and Sara. Sara is the surrogate mother of Trey, and gave Mindy the ultimate gift. We were asked to do a Baby's First Year Package for Mindy. Baby's First Year Packages are one of our favorite things to shoot because we get to know a family so well, and get to keep in touch with them over the year.
Here are a few photos from the day.
